Calling all pictures.............
If you have any pictures you would like me to post on here, please send them to me via email at hredmond2@gmail.com and I will set up a slideshow for all to enjoy. Consider sending competition pics, "before" pics, pics of your gym, pictures of your training, anything at all you would like to share with us.

Recipes - April 2011
Okay, I'm still working some kinks out of this blog, so bear with me. For now, we'll use this posting to post either recipes or links to recipes that you enjoy. Please just comment on the bottom of the post with either your full recipe with title, or the link to a recipe you want to share. Hopefully I will get something better organized in which to keep track of recipes in the near future.

Okay girls - it seems like the Facebook messages are getting longer and longer, so I decided to create a blog for everyone to follow and post on. It will work the same as Facebook, but instead of replying to the same message on there, you can post all of your workouts, diets, training schedules, etc. on here and everyone can post comments to your work. You can also upload any pictures, websites, articles, etc. - anything you think is of interest to the group. Periodically I will post links to websites or tools I think might be helpful. As the site designer, I have to be the one to mess with the page, but you are all free to send me suggestions or make any postings you want on the page. Let's have fun with this - please invite any of your friends who are interested to become followers of this blog and let's get this thing in action!!
